Blue Essence Water Filtration – Product Warranty Overview Lifetime Warranty – Manufacturer Coverage Blue Essence Water Filtration provides a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty ensures that all primary components of the system—including fittings, media, tanks, housings, bypass valves, in/out heads, and related hardware—are free from manufacturing defects in both materials and workmanship for the entire life of the system, provided it is installed and used under normal residential conditions.
This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from mishandling, physical impact, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or improper installation. It is also void in cases of damage caused by natural events such as fire, freezing, flooding, or lightning. Failure to follow the installation or maintenance instructions as outlined by Blue Essence will also invalidate warranty coverage.
All components of the Premium Whole House Water Filtration System, including the carbon filtration media, tanks, housings, valves, bypasses, and connectors, are fully covered under the lifetime warranty. This protection applies as long as the system is used in a residential setting and maintained in accordance with Blue Essence guidelines. The carbon blend used in this Tank system is specifically designed to reduce chlorine and chloramine levels to below detectable limits for up to six years or one million gallons, whichever occurs first.
The salt-free conditioning systems offered by Blue Essence are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. This coverage protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship under standard residential use. Users should refer to the warranty exclusions to ensure their water quality falls within the acceptable parameters for continued coverage.
Certain components come with defined coverage periods. Mineral and retention tanks that are 14 inches in diameter or larger are warranted for ten years from the delivery date for structural integrity and workmanship under normal household use. Additionally, solid-state electronic control heads are covered for five years against defects in materials and operational performance under typical usage conditions.
Before initiating any return or service under the warranty, customers must obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) authorization code from Blue Essence Water Filtration. Returns must be prepaid by the customer. Once a claim is processed, repaired or replacement parts will be returned using standard shipping at no charge. Should expedited shipping be requested, the customer is responsible for any additional costs.
The warranty will be void if the system is not properly maintained, including failure to replace filters or media at recommended intervals. Installation on water sources that fall outside of specified parameters, moving the system from its original installation location, or transferring ownership to a different address or to a non-residential user will also result in loss of coverage. Warranty activation begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer’s residence.

No additional warranties, either expressed or implied—including those related to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are valid. Blue Essence’s liability is limited solely to the original purchase price of the product. The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or service interruptions. All warranty terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and are subject to change without prior notice.
