Blue Essence Water Filtration - 60-Day Return Policy
At Blue Essence Water Filtration, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. The following outlines our strict 60-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
Only products purchased directly from Blue Essence Water Filtration are eligible.
Return requests must be submitted within 60 calendar days of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including all original packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories.
Used, damaged, installed, or modified products are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders or special-order products.
Opened or used water filters or media.
Products not in resalable condition.
Products returned without prior authorization.
Return Process
Request Authorization: Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Packaging: Securely repackage the item in its original box with all included components.
Shipping: Ship the product at your own expense to the return address provided with your RMA.
Inspection: All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Refunds will only be processed for items in approved condition.
Restocking Fee
Up to a 20% restocking fee could be deducted from all eligible refunds.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Address
The return address will be provided upon RMA approval.
Policy Enforcement
Blue Essence Water Filtration reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.
